What others are saying

The tour included some amazing attractions – the waterfalls, the black beach, the glaciers and the diamond beach were breathtakingly beautiful. On top of that the tour was really well organised, and the tour guide (Hal) was a pleasure to meet. He was friendly very knowledgeable and told great stories! We left on time and arrived on time for everything – and the tour was really fun and easy! Would definitely recommend!

We had perfect weather for our trip to the Glacier Lagoon and our guide was very interesting and kept us entertained throughout the long drive there and back with historical info about the region as well as folklore stories. We would definitely recommend going for the optional boat trip on the Lagoon. The black beach with ‘diamond’ glaciers was also fascinating.

Amazing scenery, including waterfalls everywhere, and one you can walk behind – be sure to bring a waterproof covering (a poncho is fine) and some waterproof shoes. There is a black beach and a “diamond” beach (I won’t say more about the latter – it will be a surprise). The final destination is the lagoon and it is like nothing I have ever seen. It is an all-day and evening outing, but there is beauty everywhere and lots of photo ops. Stops are frequent, so lunch, dinner, snacks and toilet breaks are no problem. In April we were too late for the Northern Lights, but a trip in winter will likely provide a chance to see them. This is a great experience and one I highly recommend, if you have the time.
