You can cancel your order at any time before your product is shipped.

If you are not completely happy with the product you can return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees; shipping and custom fees are non-refundable.

All returned products must be in the same condition as sold, unused, and in the original packaging.

Send us a description of the item you would like to return, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. We will contact you with further instructions and where to send it.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Although we would like to, there are a few goods that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food and candy
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom made items – that we had made specifically for you
  • Some health and personal care items

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and custom fees are non-refundable.

If you are exchanging your product for another we will ship the replacement product to you for free.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will send an email to notify you.

Once the refund has been issued it can take up to 3-10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement. On rare occasions, it can take up to 30 days but this depends on how quickly your card issuer deals with the refund.

Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you notice an issue on your product, contact us right away at [email protected]. We will ask for a receipt or proof of purchase along with a photo verification of the damaged goods. Then we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
